Were you told to stand like that for the squat with the toes that turned out?
Your upper back is loose, so you don't get leaned over soon enough, and you're not breathing and bracing before reach rep. Lift your chest and take a breath and brace before each rep.
Power clean you're set up on your heels and not setting your back for each rep like you would with the deadlift.
