I am probably going to get videos of my three lifts tomorrow and put them up for checks. In particular, I am curious to get feedback on my grip width on both the squat and the press. Should I stick to the camera angles in the sticky post videos, or should I use a more straight forward facing angle to best show the grip on the bar?
If you only want feedback on the grip because you think something might be off there, you can just upload a video or picture that clearly shows the gip. Just explain in the text of your post.
