Hello! I just wrapped up the 4th week of my NLP coming back from injury, illness, and recovery. I'm still 6 feet tall and up to 242 pounds. I'm down to 5 pound jumps on the squat, and I'm alternating deadlifts and power cleans. I'd appreciate a look at my squat and power clean technique.

These both look pretty solid. Make sure you're not holding air in your mouth in the SQ. For the PC I might pull a bit slower off the ground until you get to your knees just to make sure the bar doesn't swing away from you. You could also have a bit more speed in the elbow turnover as your rack.
