Started LP yesterday and would like some feedback on my squat form. I felt a shooting pain in my hip on one of the reps during the set and my knees felt a bit aggravated after I’d done.

Required reading before posting Can't see a lot from this angle. You do appear to be arching your back a lot. Tighten your abs harder so your back stays flat. Try and get your knees forward sooner on the descent and a bit more speed on the descent will make the reps easier.
