    Hello,

    I started doing the infamous Power cleans after playing around with the empty bar for a while. This is my final set of my first practice session, hopefully I didn't bastardise the movement pattern completely! I started with pretty light weight (60 kg, 132 lbs), so I'm pretty confident I can keep putting weight on the bar even if there are some major issues with my technique.

    Thank you in advance for all the tips and tricks you might have for me!

    Cleans are done for sest of 3 in this program. Make sure you touch the thigh on the way up.

    Jeez, how did I manage to misinterpret the workout template like that… I guess I'll belong in the shameful group of people with poor reading comprehension. And I'm guessing that the potential Finnish translation of the book isn't exactly on top of your list anytime soon, hah. Five sets of three sounds actually pretty nice, I was getting a bit too tired with that set of five anyway.

    Having the patience to jump only when the bar touched my mid thigh was definitely a bit of a challenge, I'll keep working on that.
