    Hey, I was wondering if I could get a second opinion on my squat form here.
    Apologies in advance for the angle, I initially setup my phone to check my depth and noticed that my knees and hips are shooting back on the way up, particularly after the first rep.
    They seem to be doing the same thing on the way down as the bar path looks like it zig-zags a bit, not sure why.

    You're coming down to vertical and your knees are likely collapsing in. That initial shift backwards you see is your body getting itself back in balance and, in some cases, overshooting.
    Lean over sooner so you stay on midfoot and keep the knees out and over the feet as you come up.
