What you've done is the general idea of how TUFR works - you're aiming for the roller without pushing it over in order to control knee position and, as a result, hip position.
You need to bend over more right away.
Hey,
I know the angle isn't great, but am I using the TUBOW (foam roller) correctly? As you can see from the video, my squat looks like it's two separate movements: 1) break at hips and knees 2) pushing hips back. To me, although inexperienced, it just does not look right.
Is there anything else that stands out that I could work on?
