Yes sir I do apologize for the improper gear. This is relatively light weight for me just trying to get an initial form check before getting back into the swing of things. All I have for footwear is several pairs of work boots, but I will be investing in some squat shoes as soon as possible.
Do the squats look ok? Or do I need the squat shoes before you’d be able to tell? Thank you for your time sir!
