Hello. I have just started Starting Strength after a unfortunate required break due to gym closures. I have been following he book for form and everything else. When i setup for the Deadlift and reach the final step, my hip flexors feel on fire and pinch, especially when i lock my back into extenstion. Flexing glutes hard at bottom helps a little bit it is dtill there. Any ideas or is this just weak glutes? I may have hip impingement (this used to happen on squat too but when i stopped overarching my lower back it improved). Also more knee bend improves this a bit but i don't want to mess with the deadlift form unless i really have to.

    Here's a video: deadlift - YouTube

Not sure if lower back is in full extension either.

Please check out the sticky at the top of the forum on how to film the lifts.
