    This is my first time asking for a squat form check, I really appreciate the help.

    This is my last set of 5 with 280lbs. Weightlifting shoes are on their way soon.

    Narrow your stance an inch, and make sure you're bending at the knees and hips at the same time when you start the rep. Right now, you're just shoving your butt back.
