    Default Squat and Deadlift Form Check

    Dear Wonderful coaches!

    Greetings!

    For Squats , I was previously told to tighten my upper back and not to turn my toes too much. Here's the previous for check thread:
    Form Check: Squat. Press, Power Clean

    I hope I follow what's right and here's my 3rd set from yesterday workout:

    Squat 147.5kg x5

    My right wrist hurts like hell but the bar did not roll as usual. :-)
    Please kindly critique and advise.

    For Deadlift, I was told to set my back properly and do lumbar extension and link is:
    Deadlift Form Check...

    I did a reset to my deadlift, re-learn the lumbar extension, read the blue book, watched Nick's video and I hope I get it right and here's the video from yesterday workout:

    I did only 3 reps in the video due to a full memory card. :-(
    No complain from the deadlift but my back still round, yes?
