    Default Tubow (sort of)

After filming some sets from numerous angles I realised a few things (as well as the size of my gut when bracing) namely, no knee control and bar position was way too low.
Tried a few sets today with a higher (for me) bar position (guess what, no elbow pain) and a home fashioned TUBOW.
Any advice would be appreciated, still got some left hip flexor pain but I’m pretty sure rep 3 felt the best.

    Well, that’ll do me!
Interestingly when I put the TUBOW (well, strategically weighted poster tube) in front of the other knee the hip flexor pain was way, way worse, this is the side that has been hurting a few sessions now...

It is typically considered rude to post form checks to more than one location (Facebook/Reddit/SS forums, etc) just so you know.
