Default Terribly Useful Foam Roller Revisited

    Hey,

I posted a video a few weeks back of me squatting using a foam roller to prevent my knees from travelling forward during the entire descent. I'm now using it again as the problem isn't going, but it feels so awkward. I reached 82.5kg for a set of 5 using my old form but have lowered the weight back to 60kg in order to get the correct form down. This way feels a lot harder than my way, is this normal or am I using the TUFR incorrectly? I know the angle isn't great but is there anything that stands out that I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks,

    Andre

Why can you not simply make your back more horizontal?

So you’re saying my back angle is too vertical and I need to bend over more?

If I bend over the bar feels like it’s gonna roll off my back onto my neck
