I wonder why you're out of breath at the end of the set.
Hi folks, looking for some feedback on deadlifts. I have been lifting in socks until this week, and today was my first day pulling in heels. Almost feels like I'm relearning the squat, dl, and ohp. Was also my first time pulling four plates, so pretty happy.
Seeking tips on all fronts, but especially related to what appears to be some rounding in the upper back.
