Here is my last work set for squats today. My adductor injury is virtually non-existent. The stance in the video is really as wide as I can comfortably go and meet depth. This is my first time squatting body weight and it felt as rough as it looks.

    How is my form looking?

    Thank you!

These look pretty good. Using a belt will help to squeeze/brace your abs tighter. It looks to me like you are, but a belt will help.

Your descent slows once you get to the bottom. Think "up" on the way down to get in and out of the bottom faster.

    What about her knees?

Knees are caving in coming up out of the bottom. Shove her knees out over her toes a bit more and keep them there on the way up.

Her knees appear to be too far forward at the bottom. She needs to set them earlier in the descent.

Right now her hips are shooting back instead of up on the ascent. Her knees are also shooting back slightly.

Am I in need of a TUBOW? What's up with my knees?

Knees are too far forward at the bottom/hips not back enough/back angle too vertical. All the same thing. TUBOW would help.
