Sit back more at the bottom to bend over more and keep the bar midfoot.
Buy a proper belt, and put your thumbs on top of the bar with your fingers.
Hi guys,
After taking your feedback onboard, I've tried e working on a few things. Could you please provide your comments on my latest workout below?

My thoughts:
1. I think the depth is OK now,
2. I think my knees are getting in a bit occasionally so i need to focus on that
3. I think I'm not looking up anymore and have chosen a fixed spot on the floor
4. Maybe i could use a wider stance but it doesn't feel comfortable
Thanks heaps 😀

Thanks Andrew. Does that mean that i need to squat lower? Sorry, i don't understand how to "sit back more at the bottom". Any video or further explanation would be much appreciated.
Yeah, you need to push your butt back to get deeper. Does that make more sense?

Hi Andrew,
Does this look any better (80kg squats, can go probably 90kg but wanted to nail the form)? Is there any of the reps that looks better, so I can try to replicate? Appreciate your knowledgeable advice.

P.S. I've ordered Pioneer leather belt, 4", 13mm thick, can't wait to get it.
Get your knees out earlier and harder, and bend over more. It also looks like your feet are too narrow.

Hi mate, could you please review this? 97.5kg
Next workout should be 100kg. Should I attempt 100kg or do I need to lower the weight?
