Fix your form before you worry about the programming. Keep your head down. Pick a spot on the floor 3-5 feet in front of you and keep your eyes there. Hold your breath the whole way up. Don't let out your air or make noises

Set #3 at 245
A couple of notes:
1. I immediately noticed my head whipping back at the bottom. Just realized this was happening as weights have gotten bigger.
2. As you can see/hear, I was grinding on these. I've read on the forums about adding a "light day" or doing a squat reset. Is it too early to add a light day given the weight? If I do a reset, how much is recommended to deload? Or do I just keep grinding it out?

OK - round 2.
230lb SQUAT FORM CHECK
Round 2
Much better. You are still lifting the chest a little on some reps so keep thinking about keeping the chest down while driving the hips up the whole way
