Deadlift form check
Hi Coach,
Could you please comment my form? I apologise for such a bad video, I took it myself and there were people everywhere in the gym so I didn't want to interfere.

A couple of questions:
1. I started SS program about 2 weeks ago and I feel like I'm already plateauing on DL (I could barely pull the last rep with 110kg today, I doubt I'll be able to do 115kg next session). I'm 40yo, 84kg, been eating 3,700 cal a day (~450g C, 200g P, 100g F) and I gained almost 2kg in the last 2 weeks.
What is my problem? Do I need to eat even more (I definitely gained fat, not sure about muscle)? 2. Should I go with 2.5 kg increments instead?
I feel like I am still making progress with squats, went from 70kg to 90kg. With bench press I have the same issue as with DL, plateaued at 60kg, should I go with 1.25kg increments?
