    Default Squat Form Check

    I’m working on my low bar. I know my hands are way wide, and my wrists bent.
    I do “Coach Horn” stretching before every warmup and work set. Slowly getting more flexible.

    Any comments most welcome. Thank you in advance.

    Lean over more and sooner. I don't know that the TUBOW is doing you any good where it is if you're working on knee slide. Your knee slide is related to your back angle being too vertical on the way down. It should look more like it does when your coming out of the hole in this video.
