I see. This does not work. You could theoretically try to do a 5x5 on the squat and presses once a week and 5x1 on the deadlift, but you will lose interest really soon. Then you will start fiddling around with accessory exercises to no avail and get weaker. I know this from experience. If you can’t keep adding weight to the bar workout to workout, switch to intermediate programming, but I doubt a man of your stature has exhausted the NLP at a 315 squat. You are at the stage which Rip rightly identifies as a cut off point for being a pussy. Just get under the bar and load more weight.
