    Hey guys,
Here's my last work set from Monday's workout at 235. I was up to 250, but am going through a reset. The first 3 reps felt okay. The last 2, not so great.
It feels like I'm bent over a bit too much on the way up. My hips go up and my knees come back before I can get my hips to straighten. Almost like a good morning.

    Any pointers appreciated.

You need to shove your knees out harder. May help to narrow the stance a tad. Buy a good belt. Eat more

    Cheers for the help.

When I first started SS, I was getting some bad hip impingement. Widening my stance and pointing my feet out further fixed that pretty quickly, but I may have overshot the mark a bit. I'll narrow it up slightly. I'll focus on keeping my knees out, thanks. And yes, I know I need to eat more.

Are you able to tell me if my hip drive looks okay?
