This, I definitely need a video of.
I have a long torso and short T-rex arms, which results in the barbell being right on top of my testicles during lockout. Changing my stance (i.e., sumo) doesn't help. I wear compressive athletic underwear, which also doesn't help. The only modifications that seem to help are either:
a. stopping short of a full lockout
b. let the bar swing forward slightly at the top
Neither of these options seem ideal. I'm considering buying some sort of athletic cup to see if it helps.
Wondering if anyone else has dealt with this issue and found an effective solution. Thanks.

Get your butt up at the start, push the floor away, and stay bent over longer.
I don't understand why your balls aren't being shoved in between your thighs. Why are they getting smashed? One of your testicles should be naturally positioned superior to the other for this exact reason.
Do you have particularly large testes? or perhaps they're symmetrical?

Thank you guys for the feedback. No, there's no anatomical issue to account for it. I'm going to experiment with some sort of athletic cup to see if it helps.
Are you going to try the technique changes I recommended?
