Squat Form Check
Hi, this is the 3rd set of 195x5x3. Any form critique would be great, but I’m particularly curious about what happened at the bottom of that last rep. As I approached parallel, it looks like my knees moved backwards. Did I lose tightness in my quads?

Video angle is not great. Rear 45 from hip height would be much better as per the sticky. I did not notice anything going on with your knees and I would not worry about doing anything with your quads. What I did see is that you are going a little too deep so I would cut a little off the depth. You are lifting your chest a little on some reps, including the last one. Stay in your hips. Drive them the whole way up and do not lift the chest as you come up
