    Default Deadlift form check

    My previous deadlift form check
    This time I have tried to keep myself from looking at the ceiling and to keep my hips in the correct height.
    I will be happy to receive further guidance.

    Widen your grip a finger or so and then angle your knees out to the side a touch. Hips are a tiny bit too low in the setup early on (you can see them shift up as you start to pull). When you squeeze your back, remember it is a chest up motion not a shoulder blades back motion. After the initial few inches of pulling you shift back into your heels and your hips start to rise faster than your chest. Instead, as you pull from the ground keep driving through mid foot the entire time.
