    Hi,
    I've been attempting the SS squat for 2 months now (I used to try and maintain a vertical back angle) and wanted to know your thoughts.
    It does looks like my knees are soft at the top. I've never previously noticed this, it could just be the sweats.
    The video is of the last set of 5
    Any help would be great!

    1 - Shove your knees out harder
    2 - Keep your head and neck still. You are lifting your head up when you get your breath and then looking down between your feet at the bottom. Look at a spot 3-5 feet in front of you(a little more forward than where you are looking now) and keep your eyes there the entire time
