Hello Community,
I am located in Germany and would be very thankful if you guys could help me out here with my Squat.
I tried everything I can and can't figure out nor solve why the bar path is drifting forward in the lower one third of the decent.
Nothing helped so far...
I tried my best to capture my 3 last PR (146kg/322lbs) sets of five but training in my flat makes it very difficult with respect to angle and light. If necessary I would try different shots.
I squat highbar at the moment because of an injury keeping me from lowbar with which I made my way up to my present level.
I appreciate your help!
