Four wheelin for the first time.🤙🏼

I know I have the tendency to be on my toes a bit right before the pull.
Step 4.5 is quite ingrained as some sort of rhythm trigger or something. 🤷🏼‍♂️
My other issue sometimes is setting up too close. I have been focusing on setting up a little further away. It’s starting to feel more natural. Thanks Pete.🙏🏼

Also, I wish my lockout on a few of these reps were better.
Thus, the reason I tried to make up for it on the last rep. Haha.

Thanks for the feedback as always.
    Stay awesome

It looks like you're setting up too far away from this bar in this set, and your hips are too low. Look from the side when you set up your feet to make sure the bar is bisecting your feet.

Also, squeeze the bar off the ground instead of jerking it off the ground.

    Thanks for the feedback.
It’s funny, I do allow my hips to drop lower during this lift than any of the previous weights.
I think I let 4 wheels get in my head.
My initial setup does look slightly too far away, but I feel like I am over mid-foot the whole time and not looping around my knees. 405 obviously makes the bar path stay vertical. I guess the most surprising critique is that I was jerking the bar. I feel like I purposely bend the bar before starting the full pull.
I’ll work on cleaning things up with 410.
    Thanks
    🤙🏼🤙🏼💪🏼
