    Default Finally 100% DTP - Power Clean form check

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    Just switched to Advanced Novice and started doing Power Cleans. Here's the 5th set of 3 with 60kg.

    I also have a question since these felt pretty easy. My best deadlift is 4x180kg, however I've never been particularly explosive of an athlete. What kind of jumps should I take on PC going forward these first few weeks?

    Don't look at the floor in your start position. Read the instructions again. Other than that, these are pretty good. Go up 2.5kg every workout.
