You are descending vertically, pushing the knees forward. You need to lean over much more. Hips back, chest down, eyes down
Age: 21
Weight: 140, Height: 5'8
This was the last set of squats on a volume day
I noticed I didn't always keep my look down during this set.
I am progressing on a weekly basis because I am not eating enough to gain weight thus making myself an artificial intermediate.
I also know I need to wear a belt
I hope the filming angle and the squats are okay

If you aren't eating enough to recover, you should be doing a light day instead of a volume day.
You're raising your head on the way up and looking in front of you, keep your gaze on the floor a few feet in front of you during the entire movement.
it looks like your knees are pulling back then pushing forward on the way up, also you trying to lift your chest rather than drive your hips straight up.Something that would help would be get comortable staying bent over on the way down and up.
