Power clean form check
Self explanatory. I know I probably should keep my gaze more up, but this was my first ever set of proper off the floor cleans, so there were a bunch of things I wanted to ensure were correct (stance, jumping position etc.). In the 2nd rep I think I might've used my arms too much? What else is there to fix?

You need to be setting up just like the DL. As you said, you need to look forward and squeeze your chest up at the bottom. And speed up the reps. Going super slow is only for the process of learning the clean initially on day 1
