Bench Press 127lbs - YouTube
I'm already doing 2.5lbs jumps at 127lbs. Bench press is my worst lift, currently dealing with some annoying elbow tendonitis from squats (working on narrowing the grip), just want to know if form is ok.
You need to get that spotter the hell away from you when you are lifting. Not only is he in your face, but he's touching your bar constantly. That being said, I would take a finger wider grip - you want vertical forearms when the bar touches your chest. Be sure to lower the bar with a consistently controlled speed - some of the reps speed up and bounce on your chest. Also, don't rush between reps. Pause at the top, take a big breath, top off your shoulder tightness and proceed to the next rep.
