    Default Struggling with low back extension in the squat.

    I have trouble keeping my lumbar in extension when at the bottom of the squat. My knees tend to shoot forward as well. I’ve tried “shoving my knees out” but It doesn’t really have an effect.

    Please read the sticky on video angles for form checks. We can't even see where the bar is on your back
