    Default Squat form check

I attended the seminar in August and the biggest problems with my squat were being too wide of stance and toes too far out. I have attempted to correct this issue and have been filming my squats. I notice that I seem to be coming onto the inside of my foot at the bottom and off of the outside of my heel. I feel off balance at the bottom and wanted to know if my toe angle and stance width was proper. Squats - YouTube

You should get a belt and control yourself more into the bottom.

Do you have collapsed arches? Did this happen on the platform at the seminar and, if so, what did the coach say?

I do not have collapsed arches. It did happen at the seminar and I was told to balance my self more. I had another workout on Friday and I didn't have that issue. The video I shared was my 4th workout with the new to me stance and toe angle so I had felt quite off balance. It has since felt much better and I didn't shift around like that.
