I'm having some bad elbow tendonitis and triceps pain after squatting, specially on the left side. I have some very mild scoliosis, so my left shoulder is a bit higher, do I need a asymmetrical grip to fix this? On some sets, I fee like the load is placed on my left elbow, to the point of feeling a sharp pain on the last reps.

Try this, instead of taking the grip where you want to, and then getting under the bar. Move your grip out so you can get the bar on your back in the right place first, then walk your hands in closer to your shoulders, so long as the wrists stay flat.
Get your eyes down and stay in your hip drive a little longer.

Shoot a set from behind next time so we can see your shoulder issue.
