Squat form check 220lbs - YouTube

I've been dealing with some bad elbow tendonitis, which I was able to deal with lately by widening the grip a bit and making the wrists straight. How is my form? I think I can see a bit of flexion in the bottom, but I could be mistaken.

For the most part, these are pretty good.

On one rep, you don't keep your knees out enough and they slide. On another rep, you're not bent over enough and you go too deep. On another, you don't drive your hips enough.

Depth looks good. I'm not seeing any lumbar flexion. There's a little bit of movement, but nothing I would stress out about.
