Squat and Deadlift form checks
Practically 61 year old man.
220 and something pounds.
This is my second time achieving these weight after a couple year disruption of my routine while caring for my wife. I need to find time to get up to the OC to visit Grant Broggi and co, but in the meantime I would appreciate feedback on anything I might improve.

Squats 3, 4, 5 are a little high. Don't hitch the deadlifts up your thighs.
