Howdy good people and coaches of SS community,

I recently squatted 80Kg*3*5 , and in each set my right knee caved in and in short it was like looking at a fallen horse trying to get up .
Today i reduced the weight and tried to do a decent set 72.5Kg*3*5 .
i would love some criticism on my form

This was my last set : 72.5Kg Last set of 5 - YouTube

    Thanking you,
    Yours truly,
    Tall lanky skinny kid

These look pretty good. Remember you want the knee to track in-line with the foot. At the beginning of the decent it looks like you might be overcompensating because the knees look like they’re outside of the foot. It does look like they came back in a bit as you came out of the bottom. Could mean your stance is too narrow, but I don’t think that’s the case here. Depth looks pretty good, eye gaze looked good. Overall they don’t look too bad at all. Good work man.
