    Hey Giorgos,

1- Pick a spot on the ground about 5' in front of you. Keep your eyes on it the WHOLE set. Your focal point changes on a few reps. Get out of the habit of looking in the mirror.
2- Lean over a little more at the start. You're too vertical on these.
3- Reach back with your hips more on the descent. This ties in with getting leaned over sooner.
4- Keep your chest pointed at the floor as you drive up.

*When you adjusted your gaze, your hips drove up a little better than when you were looking straight ahead. But you still need to get leaned over more.

    Hope this helps!

    Also.

Check the sticky on where to record from.

    This isn't the best angle.

Look at the ground. Bend over more. Drive your butt up out of the bottom more.

Read the sticky to know what angles are good.
