    Buy lifting shoes.

    Heels in a half inch.

Grip narrower, let your wrists bend just a little. Try this
You're cranking your elbows up on the ascent, and you're going to get tendonitis.

Look at the ground. Drive your hips longer. Get rid of that mirror or at least turn around so you're facing away from it.

    Hey JCoury, welcome.
Here's what I'm seeing (and you should go back and see if you can spot the same):
    - Wrists in flexion. Don't keep them over top of the bar; they should be in alignment with your forearms. This could just be the angle in the video, though.
    - Depth is good.
    - Stance is wide. Heels should be lined up under the shoulders. Narrow your stance a couple inches.
    - I can see from the mirror your knees aren't tracking your toes. Shove your knees out to stay aligned with your feet. If you can't, it's probably because (previous point) your stance is too wide and your adductors are reaching their limit.
    - Getting rid of the mirror would probably help you keep focused on a (imaginary) point about 4-5 feet ahead.
    Great job. Thanks for sharing.
