    Default squat form check 15 year old

    My son wanted a form check, he just turned 15, freshman, 5'9" 162 pounds.
    This is his 3rd set at 270 x5.

    Since the weight is getting heavy get him in the rack with the safeties set. Depth is not there. He needs to look down and lean over right away as he starts to descend. You are going to have to try some things to fix the knees. If he's in the rack you can try "try to touch the safeties with the outsides of your knees."

    Agreed with Ryan, LEAN OVER and KNEES OUT. These reps are also about 2 inches high, that should get fixed with getting his knees out.

    And yeah...get that kid eating. Funnel and a gallon of milk down the gullet.
