    Your hips need to start higher.
    Use hookgrip and shrug up hard at the jump spot.

    This video angle is not great. Please read the sticky and try to stick to those guidelines.

    As Andrew pointed out, this is not a great angle for pulls from the floor (deads, cleans, snatches) front oblique tells a lot more.

    Looks like you aren't catching these on your shoulders, you need VIOLENT ELBOWS. When your feet hit the bar should be in the correct front rack position. Get those suckers through faster.

    Does it look like he's jumping too soon? Should the bar be a bit further up on his thigh before he jumps?
