    Default learning the power clean

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    how are those for cleans?/what should I adjust؟
    also should I start incorporating the first pull?

    Bring your feet closer together, like the deadlift stance.

    Jump harder/higher so you don't feel like you need to pull the bar with your arms. The explosiveness of the lower body is what propels the bar up. The jump here is anemic, so you end up feeling like you need to pull it with your arms. Jump as high as you can with straight arms and don't bend the elbows until you're on your way back down.
