    Default Squat Form Check

    BW - 225lbs, H - 6'4", BS @ 370lbs - YouTube

    I am having bilateral "knee" pain at distal ends of my vastus medialis, just above the patella and can not figure out why. I've been squating through this pain as long as I can remember. I believe my knees are tracking over/ parallel with my feet through the range of motion.

    33 yo M
    BW 225
    H 6'4"
    Squat 3x5 @ 370
    Press 3x5 @ 155
    Bench 3x5 @ 230
    Clean 5x3 @ 215
    Deadlift 1x5 @ 400

    See the air under your heels at the bottom? What does that tell you?

    That center of mass is not over mid foot and my knees are compensating for a slightly anterior center of mass under a load. I had not even realized my heels were coming up thank you for your time

    All the standard shit. Back too vertical, knees too forward, etc.

    Are you sure the bar is below the spine of the scapula? It might be the angle, but the bar seems to be in the high bar position.
