    I also think I noticed a bit of a thrust and tried to prevent it in the next reps.

    I got it open. Standard high-bar technique in the low-bar position. Back too vertical, etc.

    i know i'm a bit of a safety nerd, but you really need to stop walking back 6 feet with a loaded barbell on your back !!

    Wow, I actually thought I was squatting high-bar.
    I will do my homework on the low-bar squat then come back for a check.

    Thank you for your concern, I don't do this and only did it this time for the camera angle.
    will try to find another way.
