    This was my first set because I couldn't achieve 5 on the next 2 sets. Had to set the bar down like a schmuck both sets.

    Grip looks like it needs to be a finger wider, but I'm not positive because of the angle.

    Internally rotate your hands more.

    Keep your feet pressed against the ground, and get your shoulder blades pinched back.

    Didn't go so well with the bench today.

    I deloaded from 162.5 lbs -> 150 lbs, but I was still only able to do 5 / 4 / 4.

    I'm blaming the bar catching mechanism, and I'm not gonna bench in the rack anymore. I'll just ask for a spotter.

    It was really ugly and I don't think it would be useful to view.

    I did 2 back off sets of 135 lbs not in the rack. Here is set 2.

    These look better, but you're still not getting the idea of what the legs do.

    I feel like I got it mostly under control here but I could be wrong.

    This looks a lot better. Good job. Now have a sense of urgency about it. Assuming you're controlling it, you don't want to the set to take any longer than necessary.
