    Default Bench pressing

    • starting strength seminar jume 2024
    • starting strength seminar august 2024
    So I’m training my daughter. The gym I took her to has a high ceiling, spray painted black. With low hanging bright lights. The bench is proving to be a problem because there are no references to be seen . Any ideas?

    She'll have to use the light fixtures as a reference, maybe with her shades on.
