Video is of 3rd work set of 5 reps at 222lbs
46 years old, 5'9" 170 lbs.
Been on NLP for about three months(I have put on seven pounds of body weight in the process). I have slowed down to adding a total of about 5 lbs a week to my work set, mostly due to having some back pain after squats and deadlifts.
I realized i wasn't taking a big breath and forming a rigid spinal column and worked on that today, but would appreciate further feedback.
