When squatting today i felt pain in my right bicep during the second and third set of my squats (90% of my 3RM). I have bad shoulder mobility so getting in the position where the bar sits comfortably is hard to achieve without shoving myself into the bar with a narrow grip (i tried using a wider grip but the bar slides down my back because i cant recreate the shelf). I also feel some pain in my ulna collateral ligament in my left wrist (which is a little bent when i squat) that i assume is from me shoving myself into the bar with some radial deviation to get into the right position. I'll post a video below of my last set today (i apologise for the not so good camera angle).

Narrow your grip. Watch our videos about this.
