    Default Squat Form Check

Looking for some feedback on my squat.
    Link here.
    BW: 195(ish). Work Weight: 265.
Apologies on the not-ideal angle; working to get a better location to shoot in my garage.
I'm thinking my knees aren't setting fast enough; they look like they're moving ALL THE WAY through the squat, when they should be set early.
    Thanks in advance.

Move your eye position out a few feet instead of straight down.
Send your knees forward first, then reach your hips back to set the back angle. That should sort out the timing issue with the knees. Hips and knees should go together, but you're holding them back. Thinking "knees first" should sort that out.

i'm dealing the same problem - this video seems to be on point. at 1:56 he talks about breaking at the hips more than the knees.

Good call. I had seen this video before, so the moment I watched my own video I immediately thought back to Nick's explanation on knee placement.
Appreciate Pete's assistance in this and your refresher of the details. Thanks.
