    Question Squat n Power Clean form check

    Squat:
    My hips certainly go below parallel, but is this "butt wink" healthy?
    Am I lacking flexibility? Video contains 1 set without weights, warmup set and work sets afterwards.

    I also feel that I progressively got better at doing the power clean movement, and my traps don't hurt (not just sore) after the workouts,

    “Butt Wink” | Mark Rippetoe

    Squat: Toes are pointed out excessively. Point them back in a little. These are a few inches too deep(that will probably fix the "butt wink"). Lean over more.

    PC: The start position is the same as the DL. So get your chest squeezed up and your back flat. Narrow your stance
